US SHIPPING

• Shipping is free to 48 State with orders over $99.00
• Please check the map for ESTIMATE time of delivery
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM. EST will be processed within 1 business days.
• Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day.
• Expedited Shipping that are offered will be calculated at check out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Shipping to Canada is available – Customers will the responsibility of the customs.
• International Shipping to other locations at this time, are not offered at this time.

 RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. Before you ship the items back to us, please note the following:

• Item(s) must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging.
• Please include the order number. 
• Damaged returns cannot be accepted.

• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed after the merchandise is received. 
• Items on clearance or promotion at time of purchase are not returnable.

MISSING / INCORRECT/DAMAGED ITEMS

• Please report any missing, incorrect items, or damaged item(s) upon receiving your delivery via email to: info@luxepartynyc.com. 
• Please keep all the contents of the package in place and take photos of the damaged parcel in order to file a claim.
• Please include the order number.
